Wellness Day

Join our virtual retreats and indulge in different wellness practices during a day or weekend. We meet online, via Zoom, and do everything from Pilates, yoga, and meditations, to reiki, journaling, and healthy cooking together.


Everyone with a 6-months or 12-months membership on The Retreat get to participate for free. You can sign up to become a member on The Retreat here.
