Please note that these audios is not recommended to use instead of an actual hypnosis session (if you have e.g. a phobia, addiction, thought-pattern, or behavior you want us to work on, that can only be done through an actual session since it requires more time), and that one customized audio is always included in an online hypnosis session that you can book and read more about here: healthbym.com/hypnosis

The audios will be around 10 minutes long, but it varies depending on its purpose and subject. Please allow 1-3 business days for the audios to be ready, and note that they will be sent to you as m4a files via email.
