The Holiday season has officially started and while that is so cozy, it can also feel stressful. Therefore, I wanted to share some tips on how to make this time a bit more relaxing and enjoyable, such as my favorite practices to do before an event, how to appreciate things more in your life this time of the year, what I plan to do between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, and more!

I hope you will find these tips useful so that you can make the best out of this season. I used to find Christmas a bit stressful before, but have learned to prioritize the things that I want to do and focus more on self-care instead of just adding things on my to-do list.
