I share two journaling prompts from The Retreat in this episode and talk about how to consciously design our life and create our dream day – like a recipe with all the ingredients we need.
Reflecting on what we would need in order to create a day like this can help us get a greater clarity and understanding around what really is important to us, what to prioritize in life, etc.
