Why you have to watch the HEAL documentary
One of my all time favorite things to watch on TV is actually a documentary. Although it might sound a bit boring, this is actually so incredibly interesting and inspiring. I have watched it several times, and have listened to the podcasts episodes and bought the book as well – I just can’t get enough of the documentary called HEAL.
Several amazing people within the health and wellness industry (such as Deepak Chopra, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Mark Hyman, Marianne Williamson etc.) are participating in it and the documentary basically explore different ways and tools to heal our bodies. Some examples of practices, methods, and concepts discussed are nutrition, the power of our mind and thoughts, exercise, tapping, meditation, and energy healing. You get to follow different people and practitioners in the documentary and see the methods and practices they explore to treat various health conditions.
I feel like I learn something new each time I watch it and I can’t recommend it enough. It is a must-watch for anyone interested and passionate about wellness! I have bought it from iTunes and I believe it is also available for rent there.
