Two favorite green juice ingredients

 

I just came home from Ibiza where I have visited many hotels and restaurants for work. Since I absolutely love juices, I always try to take advantage of all the amazing vegetables and fruits available when traveling to exotic places, and found a new favorite combination on this trip.

I noticed that there are two ingredients that really make such a big difference if we add them to any green juice, and they are pineapple and spirulina. The pinapple adds a bit of a sweetness to the bitter greens and spirulina enhances the beautiful color, but also contributes with all its amazing health benefits and makes the juice even healthier.

One juice I tried that became my new favorite was one that included the following:

  • Spinach
  • Pineapple
  • Lemon
  • Cucumber
  • Mint
  • Spirulina

Try it and I promise it will be a new favorite!
