Our membership site The Retreat
A little while ago, HEALTH BY M launched its own membership platform called The Retreat, which is something Matilde has been working on for over a year. The purpose with the platform is to provide a place where tools and tips within holistic health is accessible for anyone wanting to establish healthy routines in their lifestyle. Also, to give the members content to use in order to make health something fun and inspiring, such as creating own at-home-retreats with others or by themselves. Matilde’s goal with HEALTH BY M and The Retreat is to make holistic health something easy, accessible, and inspiring for everyone. Health is something you’re adding to your life, and not about deprivation or restrictions.
The content you find on The Retreat is everything from healthy recipes and yoga classes, to journaling exercises to guided hypnosis audios. We hope that the platform will be your go-to place when it comes to your health, and that it will provide you with different tools and practices to use within wellness. Health is much more than just what we eat and how often we move our bodies, and The Retreat is here for you providing you with what you need in an easy and accessible way so it doesn’t feel too overwhelming. We also have suggested plans for both routines and retreats that you can follow if you need any guidance and help to start. The content is updated several times each month and please let us know what kind of material you want us to include – we are excited to create The Retreat with you and build a community together.
