My Yoga Teacher Training

I have been thinking about it for years, and have been trying to find a training program that feels right for the past five years. Although I have found several great trainings that seemed very good, there has always been something that didn’t work for me. First, I was looking at intensive trainings abroad, and although many of them seemed amazing, and I would have loved to go to Bali or India for a month, many are quite expensive, and I was also worried about me not liking it and being “stuck” somewhere for a month…

Then, I looked at trainings close to home, but many of them required a lot of weekends dedicated to the practice, which wouldn’t suit me and my lifestyle. But earlier this summer, I finally found the one that seemed absolutely perfect! It is completely online (which is perfect for me since I want to be flexible), it is an intensive training, many of the covered topics are the ones I am the most passionate about (e.g. the fascia, chakras, breathing techniques, etc.), and it was also one of the most affordable courses I have ever come across! The training is called Uplifted Yoga, and you can read more about it here.

I have loved yoga since I was 14 years old, and I am taking this course not just to be able to teach, but also to deepen my own practice. And the more I learn, the more important I think it is for everyone practicing yoga to learn these things. So far, it feels so good, and I am very excited about being able to expand my health business and add this experience to Health by M, and to see what new opportunities this can bring! Have you taken a teacher training as well? What was your experience?
