Healthy Routines Checklists
Healthy routines can be quite hard to keep, even though we know how good they are for us and how they make us feel. And especially during these challenging times, with everything going around in the world and the fact that a cold season with shorter days is approaching, all you want some days is just to stay in bed and forget about everything you’ve aimed to do.
So, in order to make it easier to stick to routines, I have created a little checklist that you can use. I personally think it is easier to follow routines if I have them written down and love to tick off to-do-lists, so I find this tool really helpful.
